ROSÉ EX MACHINA 2018

This vibrant coral pink wine offers aromas of orange peel, rose petals, and strawberry ice cream, with juicy peach flavours balanced by creamy red fruits and herbaceous notes. The long, moreish finish makes it perfect for drinking now, though it will improve with age. Both a serious, gastronomic wine and a crowd-pleaser, it pairs well with a wide range of dishes.

‘THE TROUBLE WITH DREAMS’ 2019

The 2018 "Trouble," from an exceptional UK vintage, showcases ripe, balanced flavours with precision, purity, and freshness, enhanced by fermentation in large, old Burgundian barrels. Floral and expressive, the first batch was disgorged in January 2023 and released after six months on cork in June 2023.

ZODO MV

Creating a balanced sparkling wine with almost no sugar is a challenge in the UK, but we've achieved it. This Zero Dosage wine, made in ripe vintages and aged on lees, gains sweetness from autolysis rather than added sugar. Produced in tiny quantities, it's served by the glass at prestigious restaurants.

Bee Tree by Sugrue Blanc de Noirs 2021

Single Bee Tree Vineyard Blanc de Noirs is the blend of Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier grown on combined soil of clay and lower greensand, ideally suited for those varieties. Vineyard is 1,35 hectares in size planted in 2015. Vintage 2021 was not an easy one with heavy rains in September and October, but nevertheless the wines made from this small plot gave high quality fruit that was converted into excellent wines.

ROSÉ EX MACHINA 2016

“Both orange peel and Red Delicious apple figure on the nose, alongside a subtle hint of fresh Viennoiserie that turns into shortcrust with more air. The palate strikes immediately with its effortlessness: there is that lovely balance between juicy freshness and mellow ripeness that you get in red apples. The slender body fizzes away with tiniest bubbles, lending creaminess and gentleness, expressing serenity, beauty and depth. Very elegant, lovely now, certain to evolve into a grandiose and gastronomic rosé.”

PM GIN

Unique combination of familiarity and intrigue, traditional pine-rich juniper and lavender floral character are contrasted by a deep smoke that presents throughout.  Along with its unmistakable grape spirit backbone, the elements present in this gin work cohesively to bring complexity, balance and satisfaction.
