Over a decade ago, we released the very first bottles of The Trouble with Dreams – the 2009, 2010, and 2011 rapidly gaining critical acclaim as among the best sparkling wines in the UK. Each subsequent vintage has had big shoes to fill, so we’re delighted that the latest release more than lives up to expectations. Our signature sparkling wine for good reason.

Rosé Ex Machina isn't a sparkling rosé we taste, rather, it's a wine we drink, consume, inhale – such is its opulence and indulgence. It looks, smells, and tastes gorgeous. 2018 wasn't just full of sunshine, but was a relentlessly warm and bright year from start to finish, without a puff of wind, and virtually no rain. That remarkable summer is evident at this wine's core.

Made only in the best vintages and crafted with long cellar-ageing in mind, Cuvée Boz Blanc de Blancs is the ultimate expression of Chardonnay on chalk. Exceptional fruit from Mount Harry – our 'Grand Cru' vineyard planted in 2006 – results in a beautifully expressive wine showing spiced citrus and floral notes, alongside stony minerals and tangy acidity.

Exceptionally difficult to make in England's marginal climate, ZODO is our zero dosage (i.e. no added sugar) cuvée. Based on the 2017 vintage and comprising almost entirely of fruit from our 'Grand Cru' vineyard Mount Harry, ZODO is astonishingly generous and open, layered with Granny Smith apples and crushed stone minerality on its rich, savoury palate.

Cuvée Dr Brendan O’Regan is our prestige cuvée made using the finest Chardonnay and Pinot Noir sourced from two exceptional South Downs vineyards. It possesses outstanding ageing potential, combining both power and structure with subtlety and finesse. Beautiful to enjoy now, it will grow in elegance and complexity if cellared for a decade or more.
