Sugrue South Downs has been our passion project for more than two decades.

Alongside a small team of dedicated viticulturists, we farm five exceptional vineyards across the South Downs of East and West Sussex – the earliest of these planted in 2005 and 2006 on chalk soils.

We are independent winemakers who live and breathe what we do, through thick and thin, hail and frost, hot and cold. Our wines are small production, hand-made, and typically aged for 5-to-10 years before release.

We are immensely proud that our wines are regarded as among the very best that England produces, and have accrued a cult following. They can be found in the cellars of the world's finest restaurants.
